This shows a group of protesters trying to help a man fallen in the street. The OPD look on helping no one, and then throw a flash bomb into the group who are assisting the injured, and throw the flash directly at the place of the injured person. Anyone who knows me knows I have to work with OPD occasionally, and I get frustrated (this is being polite).
